And on this day, Morgan Caught a Shark
Yesterday we were watching the Sharks play baseball, today we're catching sharks with fishing bait. And that's not all! Let's take that, rewind it back. We started the morning with breakfast burritos, so it was bound to be a great Thursday. After the 'rritos, the half of our crew who enjoys heights set off to biplanes while the other half stayed at camp for classes. We either had stretch and meditation, library trip, or beading class, while the plane riders got an epic view of the island and some even chose a barrel roll or two.
Then it was time to refuel with some yummy lunch and have little rest. Today was really choice day because then it was time to either head off to Dairy Queen (YUM!) and the beach or go catch some fish (and apparently sharks) over in OB. Both trips were phenomenal. The fishing crew caught the most fish the boat had ever seen! But don't worry, we threw them all back to be happy with their little fish lives. And though Morgan wanted to catch a mermaid, a shark was the next best option. It was awesome!
Then we all regrouped back at camp for Friendsgiving dinner. It was so yummy and Thanksgiving vibes in July just make us feel so warm and snuggly. That's why it was the perfect night for some games or the 1999 version of Annie. Why that version you ask? It's J's favorite, so obviously the one that needed to be watched! We're going to keep those snuggly vibes as we head off to bed and into our dreamiest dream state. Tomorrow is the last night of Session 2, so you know we gotta rest of up for that one. See you tomorrow!
Love,
