Families with a child(ren)/adult family member who is has a disability.

Immediate family can participate in the weekend. Siblings can be of any age.

Childcare is not provided, but our volunteers will make sure that everyone is having a great time.

Each year, we fundraise so that Camp Jabberwocky remains tuition-free for all our campers and families! If you would like to contribute to those efforts and make a tax-deductible donation, you can do so online here. Thank you!

Transportation is not provided. We recommend that you park in the available lot in Woods Hole and take the ferry to Vineyard Haven (check online in advance to figure out which lot is open for parking as there are many lots that fill up). We will pick you up in Vineyard Haven to bring you to camp. If you do choose to book your car and bring it on the ferry, please contact us at info@campjabberwocky.org as parking is tight at camp and we will need to plan accordingly. There is really no need to have a car, we have vans and busses that take you everywhere you need to go. If you need something special, we are always happy to take you. We ask people to take the 1:15 pm ferry out of Woods Hole arriving in Vineyard Haven at 2:00 pm. We will pick you up at the ferry and take you to camp. We will be taking everyone to the ferry to go home on the 9:30 am boat to Woods Hole. You will arrive back in Woods Hole by 10:15 am. Families are responsible for fully taking care of their own families while at camp. This includes all personal care, feeding, medication administration etc. Jabberwocky is responsible for organizing the day and all of the activities, paying for everything over the weekend, all meals provided, the cleanliness of camp, driving all vehicles, leading families through each day, organizing all logistics, classes and off campus trips. We will also have a nurse available on camp.

Families stay in our cabins. Each cabin has has bunk beds and a fully accessible bathroom and an outdoor shower. Each room has lighting, fans, electrical outlets and bunk-style beds.

Camp Jabberwocky provides all meals, bedding and linens. You should bring all clothing and toiletries. You must bring all necessary medications, specialty foods, supplies and medical equipment.
