Oh What a Beautiful Morning, Oh What a Beautiful Day

Howdy! Here to hear about yesterday's incredible last day of August Family Camp? Okay, we're sure glad you are! Yesterday morning we started with a fantastic chilaquiles breakfast (I mean, cmon now!) before heading out on a few trips! Many of us ventured over to the alpaca farm to walk some alpacas and try to name the new 2 day old baby, while a few of us went to go pick flowers at Ghost Island Farm and meet a robot who was a Jabberwocky fan! Some folks decided to stay back at camp for some art and made beautiful pieces to hang up in the main cabin! Quite the morning, right? 

Then we all made it back to camp for a yummy tuna and chicken salad lunch before making our way over to the beach. We grabbed the boats, paradise pad, some sandcastle tools and had a ball of a beach day! Some of us even ventured over to jaws bridge for a good old jump. Then it was time to get back to camp for showers and hangs. When we were ready to eat, a decadent taco dinner was all ready for us. And you know what goes great with tacos? Backdoor Donuts and Flying Horses Carousel! So do you know what we did? Went to OB for Backdoor Donuts and the Flying Horses Carousel! What a blast that was. After we had our fun, we went back to camp for our last snooze before heading out. We love family camp like nobody's business and this weekend was amazing. Stay tuned for more coming next weekend!
